NORTHERN PLAINS WIND ENERGY is owned by Carolyn M. & David M. Villa. They have been in business in Montana since 1997, under ViaVentures LLC. They are licensed and registered with the State of Montana, and certified installers for the Proven Wind Turbines.
The Proven Turbines built in Scotland are the best to be found for small wind applications. Until recently, the Proven's were not available in the United States. At last they are available, with two distributors, one on the West Coast and one on the East Coast.
